Delivery Options & Services
Standard Delivery: Delivery in 4 working days.
Express Delivery: Delivery in 3 working days.
Priority Delivery: Delivery in 2 working days.
Delivery Days/Hours:
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and do not include weekends.
To qualify for certain delivery services, orders must be placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following working day.
Additional Charges: Some postcodes may incur an extra delivery charge.
Product-Specific Delivery Conditions
Orders Up to 25kg: Orders weighing up to 25kg will be wrapped, packed, and sent out via a courier service. All deliveries require a delivery date selection at checkout.
Orders Over 25kg or Large Items:
Orders weighing over 25kg or large travel accessories will be packed at our discretion either via boxed courier service or wrapped onto a pallet for delivery.
Pallet Delivery: Items will be offloaded using a pallet truck. Please ensure you make prior arrangements for placement and storage.
A delivery date selection is required at checkout.
Sample Delivery: Sample orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Courier Service.
1 sample per product per customer/household is eligible for free delivery.
Multiple Sample Orders: Orders placed using different names or addresses (e.g., to friends or neighbors) will not qualify for free delivery. Such orders will be canceled and refunded.
If multiple items are ordered with a sample, additional delivery charges may apply.
Weight Limit: Some areas are limited to 2kg total weight for free sample delivery. If the weight exceeds 2kg, additional charges may apply.
Special Considerations
Large Travel Accessories: Items weighing less than 25kg may not be safely shipped via some courier services. Please check availability for shipping large items to your area.
